The site in the cosmopolitan centre of Manchester has been completely renovated and no expense has been spared in creating a five star luxury destination for a discerning clientele. Ithaca is spread over five floors and decorated with a stylish and opulent dark interior with immaculate finishing.

The primary function of the site is fine dining and the ground and first floor restaurants will serve up to 100 covers at lunch and evening sittings, from a menu of pan Asian dishes of the highest order. The two floors above the restaurant will be a lounge bar and an exclusive members club.
